String material for zipper

I'm thinking about making a new string for me zipper. It's revolution limb. Can I use SBD string or other D-10 material string? I really like my zipper and do not want to reduce its lifetime. So did anyone use SBD or D10 string on your zipper? How it works? Thank you.

D10 was our string material of choice before we started using 8190.Your Zipper will handle any of the new string materials just fine.
