I use a 1/8 inch, 32 tpi bandsaw blade for carbon, aluminum, and wood. Use a miter gauge and "roll" the shaft though the blade.

Harbor freight cut off saw for 30.00 works great on carbons. If you cut alluminums with it you will have to change the blade before cutting carbons

I just made one. I use my Dremel with the flex shaft.

Yep Harbor Freight cuts them square and they are cheaper than a pack of feathers

Warpedarrow,
What kind of tile saw are you using?  A chop saw type or table saw type?
