Can I get a picture of how to make the arrow grippers on My Big Jim Quiver tighter with O rings to fit my Easton Axis arrows. I read some on it but would like to see a picture.

Thanks

DanielB89

I have read using rubber bands, o rings, etc.

To make them work you just put them between 2 of the arrow grippers..  I will try to do this with text.. good luck translating this..

(_*)(*_)  If you can imagine those parenthesis making an arrow gripper, you would put the rubber band where the two * are with one side on each of them.

I apologize for not having apicture or being abel to explain it better, but that's the best I could do at this time.

I hope that helped.

Well described DanielB.  That's the way I do it. Well, almost.  I use a rubber band and just twist it from one gripper to the next.

I tried. lol.  I do see the problem with finding 1/2" rubber bands.  Orion, I think your way would be better seeing as rubber bands are typically at least a couple inches long.

How about cutting narrow strips of the fuzzy Velcro and applying them?

Mr. fingers

I did the band thing for my big Jim it worked ok. Jim does sell a smaller gripper for the axis shafts I got one and it works much better.

Orion

Daniel.  I was considering your asterisks as O rings.  A single rubber band, unless very small and perhaps doubled up, would be too big used that way.

I'm I the process pf building a tighspot type gripper for my black widow. I hate those bands.

The thunderhorn snuggers work excellent with their grippers. Perhaps with others too.
