Boy Scout Arrows

I am in need for some boy scout arrow supplies for 8 arrows. I some left wing feathers and a few            points I will pay anyone for the supplies. I have made them before, but now I am doing this for my Son's group of scouts. He is a Leader for the Tiger scouts which my grand son is part of. I am making them for the troop.

Is this for the arrow of light?

If so, Use your feathers but instead of arrow shafts, use wooden dowels from the hardware store.
