We received the bow in the mail yesterday, and Madison is thrilled with it. She has been pulling it all day to strengthen her left arm... without my telling her to. I'm excited for her.

Had a little fun shooting last night! Madison loves it!

She had a right handed bow but just couldn't shoot it well. She had similar problems shooting a BB gun right-handed. Then I had her try shooting lefty, and she naturally lined everything up and hit the target on every shot. This is the first time she's shot a lefty bow, and it clearly comes more naturally for her. She's right handed, but now it became evident that she is left-eye dominant.

Going to work on some tighter groups now!

We had a family (friends of ours) over for a Labor Day picnic, and our kids all flung arrows together for a while. Their lefty daughter was ecstatic that we now had a bow that she could shoot, too! I didn't take any pics, but those five little girls had a great time shooting together.

I really enjoyed that Archie, thank you. There isn't much I enjoy seeing more than kids shooting a bow. If it was earlier and wasn't raining, I'd see if the Grandkids wanted to come up and shoot a few arrows.
