I have a Morrison Dakota at my draw length of 30" it is 56#. I have 400 spine beman mfx classics with a 125gr point that do not fly well. I also have 50 to 55# cedar arrows cut to 31.5" that also do not fly well. I would like to know why these arrows do not fly well and what should I get? What spine Cedars and carbon should I be using and what grain point?
Thanks Matt

Check out this site for tuning instructions.

The cedars are way underspined and so are the 400s.

Sorry I forgot to ask if I get the next spine up in my arrows how do I know if I should put a 100gr insert in or just the regular weight insert? I was wondering because I do not want to put the wrong insert in and then I will not be able to take the insert out and put a new one in because it will ruin the carbon.
