Hello everyone!
I have been a member for a bit now and have been trying to find a book or manuel on building a take down recurve!what I need is a step by step guide on how to design,calculate,make a form and understanding how to work out the curve and length,how  to measure limb lengths and so on!basically a book on understanding the mechanics of a take down recurve!and o yes understanding tapers wedges and what the use is for!can anyone help please?the net is very confusing!

YES!!!! Bingham's is how many bowyers got started - both hobbyists and professionals.  Excellent instructional materials and if you follow their plans, you will end up with a bow at your intended draw weight.  Get a couple bows under your belt using Bingham's plans before you venture out on your own designs.  It will save you money!
