So I need to order new arrows as I haven't shot in about two years due to nagging injuries.  I'm looking to get back into shooting but need to order proper weighted arrows for my bow.  I shoot a centaur glass longbow, 58" and 57# @ 28".  I draw about 27.5 so my arrows will be cut to 30.  Any advice is much welcomed.

Benny,

I have, personally, had good luck with 400 spine arrows (VPA's and 55-75 CEs) with 200 - 300 grains up front (I am a EFOC fan)!

Good luck!  I almost got out of Trad archery due to arrow/spine selection!

Sorry, meant VAP's (Victory).  Work great in my 55# @ 28" Triple Carbon Centaur and my Sas SS static tip recurve!

I would suggest a 400 spine as well. You shouldn't need all the weight up front but, if you want it will probably work too.

I understand why gap shooters want a specific length arrow, but carbons are so much more sensitive to length than they are to point weight, I hate to cut the arrows until I know what will fly best out of my bow.

I really like my arrow dynamics trad lights for my 60# set up. I've shot a lot of shafts but these are something special.

400s for sure.
I am a big fan of the Easton Axis Traditionals. I shoot 400s 31" 16 standard or 50 grain brass insert, both with 200 grains up front. 56@30 Toelke Super D
