This post reminded me to check.

To my shock, I was drawn for an At-Large Archery Cow tag! This will close a loop for me that started in 1997.

I didn't start applying until I retired in 2007. I figured, given the drawing odds it would take until 2020 (13 years) to be drawn.

I figured wrong!

I have entered since it began with high expectations but just hasn't worked out for me. Glad to see a fellow trad hunter get drawn!

click on the 2015 elk quota hunt and then click on the RED letters "elk draw results now available". That should get you to it

I got it today, thanks but had to go another route. Did not have any red letters. Did not draw a tag.

Great news Roy! Its about time the guy that was instrumental in bringing the elk here would get a tag. Its a no for me again.

Congratulations on the tag Roy. I drew an archery cow tag a couple years ago. Killed one four hours into the hunt. Outstanding meat!!
