Dropping bow weight: dilemma

Stretch it, stretch it and stretch it again. Then ice it every 15 minutes or so. Will make a world of difference. Do you stretch before and after shooting? Good luck with it.

Sixty years ago I shot 35 and 40# bows. Twenty five years ago I shot 56#. Today I shot from 37-43# and have no regret..., and no pain. That's more important then macho at 71years of age. Besides, the only two really good shooters that I know of shooting heavy bows are Howard Hill and Byron Ferguson...,and they were, and are exceptional.
