shout out to big jims customer service

Last week had ordered some blems from big jim after seeing the email confirmation realized that wrong size was shipped to me. Ipon calling and talking to them they without hesitation sent me the correct size with a return postage paid label for the first arrows.  Just dont find service like that from people or companies like that. I just wanted to tip my hat to them....lonnie

Big Jim and co. rock!  I made a purchase not too long ago and Jim called me personally after hours to discuss a detail and ensure I would be 100% happy with my purchase.  Jim, Deb and the gang are tops!

BigJim never called me     :(  

But Debbie is best ! I asked for rhino string material ,they do not  have it on site . Debbie is bought rhino and sent me ! I just waiting couple days more .

And they ship immediately!  They don't let it lay around a couple days before they go to the Post Office.  Everything I have ever bought from them, they shipped it that day or the next!

I always like to buy from Jim if He carries what i'm looking for. I also think His quivers are tough to beat for the money.
