Can anyone give me an idea of what arrow works the best with a 35# Bear Montana?

McDave

Depends on the draw length and the overall arrow length.

For example, for a 28" draw length and a 29" arrow, I would recommend an 1816 aluminum, a 600 spine (or 1535) carbon, or a 35-40# spine 5/16" wood arrow.  You would have to try 100 and 125 grain points to see which works best.

As the draw/arrow length increases, I would increase my spine recommendation, and vice versa.

Not all those who wander are lost, some are just looking for lost arrows.  Tolkien (in part)

I would even suggest a 700-800 spine carbon if you have a relatively short draw length.
