For a 30.5" draw, around 63#, hybrid longbow, what sort of arrow (spine) / head (weight) combinations are you using that tuned well ?

Where is the riser cut to?  To center?  Past center?  Has a lot to do with what recommendations will actually be accurate...

AD Hammerheads with heads weighing 145-200 grains. They are one of the easiest to tune shafts. In fact, there's really not much tuning needed, as long as you don't get too crazy with head weight. They are tough as nails, too.

I use them full length out of my 60-65 @ 31" bows. Full length, with the stock aluminum insert, without a point, they weigh right around 500 grains. My preferred setup weighs 700 grains.

If you want to go a touch lighter, the AD Trads are around 40-50 grains lighter. They aren't quite as tough as the Hammerheads, but are still an excellent shaft.

It is a RER LXR riser with longbow limbs.  I have no idea how it is cut re center.  By running a string from limb bolt to limb bolt, it appears, with striker pad in place, to be right at center cut.

I have been shooting full length Beman Bowhunters 340's with 50 grain insert and 175 grain head.  They fly OK with feathers, and not so bad bareshaft, but they seem to show weak unless I drop down to about 125 grain head.  That just don't seem right does it ?

Not exactly your specs, but close:
31 in draw, Wes Wallace Royal. (not a center cut bow)
75-95 GT trad left at full length, standard insert, 230 grain heads.
