Longbow without leather grip ???????

My Kempf longbow came w/o any type of leather wrap on the grip. I wanted a wrap that gave me a better grip, especially if my hand was sweaty.

My hunting buddy Bamboo who builds longbows, put this wrap on "JK" and I love it. "JK" w/o the wrap and 2 pics of the wrap.

I have longbows with leather, Beaver Tail, and naked wood grips. I don't really see an advantage, more of a personal preference thing.

That being said, I think Beaver Tail is my favorite.

I have two with, two without. Am comfortable with them all. Best NOT a poorly fitted one that moves around
