Guys,

Can someone help out with some info on what size aluminum arrow i will need to foot these arrows mentioned above? I read that they are 9/32 O.D. I was not able to find any info on-line. Thanks for the help.

Often, designations like 9/32",5/16" are just approximate. You will need to measure or have someone measure one for the exact outside dimension. After that,it is easy to select an aluminum shaft.

I have seen a chart showing what carbon arrow neeeds what alloy arrow for a footing. But I can't find it again. It was posted on here somewhere. I want to foot my 5575 gt and can't find the right alloy arrow. I know 3555 takes a 2117 alloy arrow.

OK Doeboy, that .300 is supposed to be .284 OD..A 2013 is .2865 ID,2012 is .2885 ID and 2117 is .2941.Any of those should work. The 2117 would be a little loose but a paste epoxy or a urethane glue should make that work.

willyr1,same thing, look up the OD of your shaft.Remember, wood grain are slightly bigger than black.
