Quick question for the seasoned folks - I have my Don Dow Stik, 60". Its 50# @ 28", and I pull 27", anyhow through tuning my woodies I have found that I get perfect tune at 7" on the dot for brace height. I think the recommended brace starts about 1/2" above that, do you think I'm ok? There is no added noise to the shot (my second fear, my first being string popping off) and everything is running smooth. I haven't tried 7 1/4", mainly because 7" was so good I didn't want to try to guild the lilly here. Opinions?

Mine's a 56" - 50# @ 28" and it seems to like between 7 1/4" and 7 1/2" for brace height.  I'm using a 35/55 Gold Tip Tradition arrow with a total of 250gr up front (525gr total).   Hope that helps.

I love my stik bow - hope to take my first deer with it soon.

Nevermind. Contacted the fella who is still making Mr Dow's bows. Anywhere between 7" - 8" is fine.
