Went to Jays!!

Well, I started a topic called " Newcomer to traditional", and per the suggestions on here from fellow Michiganders I stopped in at Jays Sporting Goods to try out some longbows and recurves to decide what I like best. I can honestly say I like the longbow the best. I felt the power more in my hands and I seemed to feel more connected to the bow. A very nice feeling I might add. I was shooting 45lb'ers and I like that weight better than the 50 that I thought was gonna be best.

When I budget some things this week, I'm gonna send Mike Mecredy an email and see what we can work out! I'm very excited to start shooting! Oh and thanks to everyone for giving me guidance on getting started!

Yeah I will for sure! Hopefully will have everything budgeted by the weekend. Am very excited to discuss things with him. If anyone has some input on anything I may need to know feel free to throw it in here
