From many years ago, each month myself, with my brother and my friend Aitor go to the house of our old friend Pope to drink coffee and eat his prosciutto and brownies. As is a nice place, with a small garden, we usually tests several bows and equipment while talk about future trips. This time, we shooted Dryad bows (from one spanish shop where i am working) and watch the last from Kuiu.

Incredible curves

First shoots with the Dryads, using a chrono.

Weighting arrows

With longbow ILF limbs

The new pack from Kuiu

Weighting the pack

As curious:

DRYAD ILF 17" 60" 53#@28

425 gr---204fps
500 gr---188fps
656 gr---173fps

DRYAD ORION 45#@28

450 gr--- 185 fps

Thanks for watching !!!

Ok, what's a Tupperbow?

Jorge

Ha!! Only is the name of our meetings, a joke between us, as the typical tupperware meetings.

Bjorn, we are in the north of Spain, basque country, far from Sevilla.

Jorge,

My daughter just finished her PhD in Spanish Literature and as her reward to herself she's walking the Camino de Santiago.  Yesterday she stopped in Ponferrada for the evening.

I'm glad that you like the bows!

I had to ask, as that's my last name w/o the "ware" thought maybe I was missing something. now, I love prosciutto...but w/ brownies?   :biglaugh:

Cromm

Nice photos and love the kuiu gear.

Jorge

Ha!!....yes, one perfect breakfast, first something salty and after it coffee with brownie. The spanish prosciutto is called jamón ibérico, is different than the italian one.

John, i have one small house close to the Camino,  near a town called Carrión.

Jorge

I have add all the results to our blog. Is a non comercial blog and being Dryad a sponsor here,i  hope the link doesn´t breaks the rules

Great to see the entusiasm for archery and bowhunting! My daughter arrived back in Seville today-she goes to college there.
Just got her text a couple of hours ago. Can't wait to get over there myself; Spain is such a beautiful country. One day my son and I will hunt there!   :archer2:

Jorge

Bjorn, we are far from Sevilla, but feel free to send an email when you come here. We could organize a hunt together.

I miss the jamón almost as much as the countryside!  Nice looking range, good luck this fall!
