Well I had some epiphany yesterday and had my wife help me with measuring my draw length.  I must have tried to pull the arrow back at bass pro beyond my comfort spot because my wife marked a 30" shaft where I was comfortable and have been shooting it measured 26" inches exact.  That is 3/4 less than I thought.

Next, when I ordered my arrows (not saying where, sure it was a mistake) to be cut at 30" and when I measured them they were 29.5" This makes a big difference on 3 rivers spine calculator.

With out the 20 gr. insert and my arrows the bow dynamic spine 52.1 arrow dynamic spine 51.5.  I do not know the exact draw weight I am pulling, but I do know the arrow flies better with a added 20 gr. insert.  So that is pretty accurate with that calculator and I am pretty happy.

Arrow stats:

Total gr. 378.8
GPP 8.6 gr.
FOC 18.1 (not sure what this is)
Arrow Speed 206.7 fps
Arrow energy 35.9 (ft-lbs)

Now I have a dozen bass pro redhead 340 spine arrows that this calculator says if I add 350 gr. up front they will work, but I loose a lot of speed.
