I see lots of feed back on the Sasquatch SS, but anyone shooting the Yeti? If so, tell me about it.
If it's in your way, move it.

Atually Jim.... I haven't got a whole lot of these out there yet. It actually surprized me too. I thought they would sell like hot cakes...   :dunno:

Here's a little feed back for you on the last one i sent out in June....

Larry this is the newer TD recurve model Yeti that Kirk started working on back in Dec. 2012 or sooner I believe?
My bow is #4 of this style, the older Yeti was a one piece R&D longbow I think & he might still have them in the line-up I don't know?

Larry, it shoots real nice, very dead in the hand, not to loud & truly a fast bow built for someone with a shorter draw length to gain them max performance!
No problem at all with finger pinch at my draw length & the limbs pull surprisingly even & smooth.

With that said, I just got it so I'm just starting the tune & tinker process. So things should just get better, it takes me some time to really get to know a new bow. I think it's going to be a great hunting bow for all situations.

I have a LH one that is 52" and 42#.  I originally bought it for a friend who had a sick relative that wanted to shoot a lightweight bow, and then I used it for a few weeks as a post-op therapy bow.  It handled my 29" draw length easily and spit the arrows out pretty quick for a shorter bow.  If I needed another bow as a blind bow, I would not have it up for sale.  Kirk gets a lot of performance out of a small package in these bows.

I'm not the person you should have quoted & used as a reference!

But anyone with questions feel free to drop me a PM I'll answer them.

Looks like a neat short bow

Lord knows i wasn't using you for a reference Ryan. All i was doing was posting the comments that you had deleted from the original Yeti thread....

You can build a real nice product and make lots of folks real happy.....But unfortunately there are a few folks out there you can't make happy no matter how  hard you try.....

These are great little bows designed for a shorter draw length. I put the same high quality craftsmanship into these little guys that i do all my bows.

But....Keep in mind...When i build a draw length specific custom bow for someone. There are no refunds if you change your mind about your purchase two weeks after receiving it......

Sincerely, Kirk

Would love to shoot one. Interesting bows.
Having done so much, with so little, for so long, I can now do anything with nothing.

KIrk does not build a bow that is not first class. I shot a Yeti when he first developed them and love the bow. I own a Sasquatch onepiece recurve and it is a fantastic bow that I would never sell.

God bless, Steve
