had my acs 3pc for sale for a while for a great price. no hits thus far. I got an offer for a trade offer for a thunder child. I know these bows are totally different in design. The a&h had a standard grip that was a little high for me. what do yall think of trade?

The thunderchild  is an easy bow to shoot.

I think most of the TC's I've seen on here have been a "low grip". Pics will probably tell or best yet, e-mail BIG JIM when you see the serial number on the bow. Is this TC a takedown?

You can always sell the standard ACS riser and buy a JK riser. Lower grip and a bit thicker in the throat.

I don't really have a standard grip except if I make a bow that doesn't immediately have a home. Beaver grip is just the wrap (real beaver tail) and is available on any of my bows.

Customers tell me how they want them and that's how I build them. The TC's have a slightly higher grip usually than what the buffalo's have, but I would say they are no where near "high".
