It's not listed on the Asbell website, but Roger Norris can hook you up.  He got mine to me fast!  (Thanks Roger!)

I choose the blanket weight gray and I'm glad I did!  It's noticeably thicker than the extra heavy weight Evening Stand brown zipper jacket I have.  The higher sherpa-lined pocket is perfect for sitting in the stand as it's a little awkward to get your hands in the side pockets from that position.

With the elastic waist cord drawn...

The only problem is I have to hand it over to my wife to wrap up till Christmas!

Ya know.... it is nice that bowhunters are making gear for bowhunters. Not fancy, but solid gear. Sure helps that they kinda know what would be good features.

I like the idea of the higher pass thru pocket.  Do I see a lower dead end pocket also ?

Nice looking, functional piece of gear.

ChuckC - Yes, there are lower side dead end pockets also, just like you find on all the other pullover and zipper Asbell jackets.  It is very functional indeed.

Guys, the only blanket weight wool I've seen is the gray, olive and now she has a limited pattern that has vertical stripes.

I've never used solid gray as a "camo" but I'm hopping it will work for the late season... gray skies and grey bark.  Hoping I won't look like a blob.  I think the way this wool shadows with the light it will work.  I'll find out.

Cost for this one was $97

I'm thinking of the gray or ESB - I always amazed by the way a solid gray white tail can disappear just by standing still!

I took a treebark jacket and enhanced the effect by cutting green and brown leaves and then safety-pinning them on the sleeves.  That grey jacket will fit into my sage environment with just a couple of leaves pinned on it-sage is green, brown, and grey-depending.  Love wool and like that handwarmer!

Every time I see a post of about these I go to the web site. I have hunted in wool all of my life.

I can not believe how inexpensive these are. Wool and labor from the USA and very very inexpensive.

I am making my Christmas list right now. There will be a few Asbell wool items on it. I feel like I am stealing them though!

I can not find the price for the Mackinaw. Does anyone know how much they are and how to order them?

Thanks

I think the Mackinaw is about the same price... just under $100.
