hey i just bought a new martin stick
40# @28  and i was wondering what the best arrows fr it would be

I would use 40-45# cedar if it were me  :D    :D

well when it comes to what kind of arrows, its a personal preference. I recommend carbon or aluminum. What is your draw length?
