I'm searching for a way to thicken the finger stalls on a shooting glove, and thought of trying to attaching leather insert strips inside the fingers.

Does anyone have any good ideas aside from sewing?  Any ideas at all would be welcome-

Go to a craft store and buy Leather Weld. Not the contact cement stuff but the stuff that looks like white glue. I think I would size (thin coat) the leather on both surfaces first and let that get dry to the touch first, then apply more and stick 'em together.

Thanks Tom - I'll give that a try.
