Unknown Bow ID?

Found this bow at a flea market, in good shape, but I do not recognize it.  Any help?  Value?

Looks like it could be a project bow from Binghams.       Full length picture would help.

I do not believe it would have a serial number if it were a Bingham's project bow. I am no expert on the old ones but it looks like it could be an old Browning.

The serial number throws me too.  There are no markings on the limbs.  The limbs are wide and show no twist.  Thanks for looking at it guys!
