I guess they are now called Buck Edgetech Ultras.  It is the three grit diamond impregnated stick that stores in its own handle. Still made by the same people who make the jewelstik.
I ended up buying one from an online vendor.

Oh ,I have a really old one that has a brass handle that it screws into.
