I finally made the call and ordered a pac seat. I got really tired of sitting on uncomfortable seats and buckets and milk crates last year and decided it was time to invest in a quality piece of equipment. Mr. Waldrop said it will be 3 weeks as he is going to be out of town for a while, but I am looking forward to getting it. It should leave me about 2 weeks to practice shooting from it before the season starts.

I need to get off my duff and get one ordered.   :dunno:

Just got mine last week. It is great. I have been practicing a good bit out of it. I was surprised at how light it is.

It's the best seat that you can buy.Just try not to fall asleep.

Thanks and God bless, Steve

If there were something better out there, I'd have it.

As it is I'll be saving my coins for a back up Waldrop Pac seat.

I've been looking for a good seat and checked out some pictures of the Waldrop on another thread. Pardon me for being ignorant but is this seat designed specifically to be leaned against a tree? I only see 2 chair legs in the pics.

You can lean it or there is a fold out support in the back so it will set up free stand....works well either way!

I think the original ones were only meant to lean up against a tree.  New ones can be used either way.

What is the price on these now.

He must make a good product considering that he doesn't advertise and sells by word of mouth.
