I have been looking for an inexpensive quiver which doesn't seem to exist outside of the old kwikees which I have been talked out of for safety reasons. So far the EFA is the most economical bow quiver I have found. Does it come with longer bolts to accommodate the extra layer between the bow and bolt? I was also thinking of trying the strap on model as well because they offer a piece that makes it a one piece quiver so that it won't slide around as I am weary of putting things on the limb that may hurt the bow's performance. Anyone use the Eagle's Flight Archery quiver?

I wouldn't be afraid to try the strap-on quiver.  If you keep the straps right at the base of the limb where it meets the riser, it won't affect performance.  I don't know anything about the EFA quivers, but someone just recommended the Great Northern limb-bolt quiver to me.  Apparently, the brackets are quite thin and don't require any change in bolt length.  You may want to take a look at those.

I use an EFA bolt on.  Modified the lower arrow gripper to accept a Selway gripper which positions the arrows in a backward position paralleling the strung bow lower limb.  Works fine.  You can pick up longer bolts at most hardware stores, but usually they aren't needed.

Awesome thanks for the input guys!

You mentioned the old Kwikee quivers. Do you have the sight inserts for those? If so, I have a couple really good and inexpensive quivers. PM me if you have the inserts, and are interested.
If it's in your way, move it.
