I've been shooting recurves for 40 years and have never even shot a longbow. The predator longbows look awesome and I happen to live close to Meunster, Tx, where they are made. I have two questions and the first is how do they compare to other top bows on the market. The second may sound stupid to many of you, but my forty year history has been all recurves, bear Kodak magnum, jack Howard game master jet, assenheimer, and now a blacktail. What will the differences be, should I stick to my curves?
Black Canyon Longbow 62" 60lbs
Blacktail Recurve 62" 55lbs - 29"
Assenheimer 66" 63lbs - 29"

Hey Bert,

Sir post over in the POW WOW forum and maybe re-title to just highlight your real concern of the difference in shooting the Recurve compared to a Longbow.  Hope this helps!
Everything I have and have become is due to the Lord and his great mercy.
