Ron, you really have me thinking about that dual shelf now. Not for the usual reason - that I could shoot from either side of the stand - but just because it really helps me concentrate on form if I alternate every few shots and force myself to really bear down on the form basics.
Yes, they do require a weaker dynamically spined arrow, but that's no problem. I had a "D" longbow that was cut nowhere near center. A light-spined carbon loaded down with 275gr up front and like you said, it really walloped the target and was the most forgiving bow I had.
