I was just wondering if anyone hunts pigs from a ground blind?  I don't recall reading any where on her that anyone does, so I thought I would ask why or why not?

My son and I  have killed lots of hogs out of  double bull  blinds in  Tx.

I used a Double Bull pop up for the first time this year and found that it worked really well after it had been at a location for a while. The first few days everything spooked at the first sight of it. Deer, turkeys, hogs, it didn't matter. After it had been there a while it worked really well. I'll be using it again in a few weeks for spring turkey and hogs. Good luck!

I hunt mostly from ground blinds. I mainly use homemade blinds that are more trad friendly tham most pop-ups, but if I go somewhere new or on a day hunt, I will use a pop-up too.

I have put up a Double Bull and hunted that day and killed pigs, they did not pay any attention to it. That was in the jungle here on Guam and I did not brush it in. I did have mesh windows in it, not sure if it would have worked with the black holes without the mesh.
