Hoyt bows and tiller for 3-under ????

I have been told that the Hoyt Gamemasters or Dorados can be tillered for three under by backing out the bottom limb bolt.

Can it be that simple?

Hmm.  That would be neat, but wouldn't that add noise having the limb loose like that on string return? The GM and Dorado are not ILF bows.  The Buffalo I believe is adjustable for tiller.  I'm curious if this works though, not that I'd do much with it as I shoot mine split.
