Let's try the question this way....I'm looking for the slotted screws to bolt on  a 4 arrow bear quiver to my greenstripe riser...like the ones in this thread...

Have you tried an Ace hardware store, they carry many different types of hard to find screws you could get a match up I'm sure.

Pretty much a specialty head.  However, the thread is common.  Could pick up something similar at any hardware store.
