Where to find 36/40 grit sanding drum sleeves?

Do you know of a supplier that carries 3" sanding drum sleeves in a 36 or 40 grit for a thickness sander I am making?

If you can not find at Home Depot or Lowes try Grainger.com they should have, might cost a little more but they have alot of stuff thats hard to find.

Why not make your drum out of a piece of wood and then you could use sheet paper?
