Size footing for .290" and 284" OD?

Anyone know what size aluminum arrows I would need to make footings for a GoldTip Velocity XT 400 with an .290" and 500 with an OD of .284"?

Don't remember where I got them. Printed them out a few years ago.

Aluminum shafts are marked -first two numbers are outside diameter in 64ths, second two are tubing wall thickness in thousandths.
