I've been shooting a lot lately, unfortunately just targets and not critters, and I've been starting to feel a pain in the thumb joint of my bow hand. I haven't changed my grip or shooting style, but after a few rounds it starts getting to me. Has anyone else had this problem?

the only thing with me so far is my thumb knuckle. Im double jointed and on recurve a lot of times it will rest against the bottom of the shelf and hurt after a few shots. thats one reason I went to longbows. if I stay away from the deep throated recurves Im ok. other than that, its prolly arthritis.  :)
