Fall in the air, venison chili time

Just made my first batch of chili of the season from a recipe from this site. MMMM MMMM good. Hopefully not long before I restock the venison supply. Down to a few packs of braughts and sausage.

I made venison chili a couple nights ago. Made a big bag of jerky today and I'm down to one pound of deer burger. One more week to wait here.

i made a gallon and a half yesterday,boiled down some shoulders and used the shredded meat.
ought a last a little while.  

made some jerky too!

I could use a good recipe for chilli with venison.  Would go great at camp next week for the season opener.
