Yes,They work just fine.
easy to change your tip wieght and get the heavy points that you may want.

Cool. My biggest question was if the Glue held them on well or not

It's just like gluing any other steel part.Cleaning the ferrule with acetone or similar is a good idea and scratching the interior with sandpaper doesn't hurt.

You do have to be careful to align your broadhead or other tip point carefully as you are adding a second joint to the equation,ie.taper to Woody Weight and Woody Weight to point ferrule.2 joints to align.
