Anybody know the weight?

Anybody know the weight of an AD Trad Lite shaft at 30" with standard insert?  Also need to know the same for the Trad shaft.

My AD trad lite 31" standard insert with 125gr point, 3 5" feathers and nock = middle  to high 490s grains. Hope this helps.

I can't halp you on the trads, but the trad lites I have one @ 29&5/8" weighing 324 gr. and one @ 30&1/4" weighing 340 gr. Both of those have standard inserts, nock, and 3-5" feathers.
