There was a coolness in the air this morning so I thought I'd go scouting and take you with me.

Looks like somebodys got an early start.

About a 100 yds further into the woods. This is one tree I'll avoid.

This is the base of the same tree.

Heres an active deer trail.

and about 10 yds off the trail I found this old tree. Hmm might be a good spot for
a ground blind, Whad da ya think?

This is a good sign.

2 does are in a small clearing in the upper right of this pic. So, I'll definitely return to this spot.

Back in the woods I came across this old tractor wheel. Makes you wonder what life was like
when this was used.

Well, its gettin humid, I'm wringing wet and the skeeters are havin  a feast. Hope enjoyed a walk in the wood with me...

Hot as blue blazes in NE Florida.  I was with you in the woods albeit a few miles apart.  Found some good sign and discovered somebody stole a ladder stand off my property.  I hope they enjoy it...

I ttok my boys out today as well.  I was rewarded with some nice trail cam pics that I have not checked in a month.
