When i received my new TBM ,the print on the front of Mr. Bear, inspired me to take my old Super K. off the rack and loose a few arrows thru her.
Being a longbow shooter, i dont shoot recurves very often, but once again the performance of the Super K. left me to wonder why I dont shoot it more, think ill get me a Bear bow quiver and start spending more time with it in the woods.
Mr. Bear has been gone a good many yrs. now, but even with his passing he is still a huge inspiration to new archers as well as the older seasoned ones as myself.
Even with something as simple as a fine print on a magazine cover, he is still inspiring people to take up the recurve and head for the woods.

It is a nice cover......I got my 67' Kodiak Hunter down yesterday.........

Amazing print indeed! But more importantly is the great impact that Mr. Bear still has in trad. archery.
As with all of the great pioneers, the legacies they leave behind are still inspiring to this day.

That is so true Moleman.  I have the Bear DVD collection, and it is just awe inspiring.

It's a great picture, but I think Fred Bear shot left handed.

Now that I looked more closely, it is obvious that that is a left handed bow.  My eyes must be getting old.  Sorry!
