Hi
I recently acquired a 64" 1959 Kodiak recurve and am putting on a new flemish string.  Wondering if anyone can tell me how high the brace height should be?

7-1/2"-8-1/4"  should put you in the ballpark.

According to the 1959 Bear catalog 6-3/4" to 7-3/4". Have fun with your '59 they are great shooters.

Shot the '59er today...shoots awesome...almost as good as my John McCullough' Fifty Niner! LOL

Seems as though 7 3/4" works best for brace height.
I love this bow!!
