Any ole arrow may shoot fine with good form as long as you're shooting field points. Put some broadheads on and the game changes drastically.

consistency is the key to proper tuning.  after i get a bow tuned, i have a bare shaft mixed in with my fletched arrows to practice with to show and keep my tune and form in check.

Consistancy in form whether good or bad is 1st.
Now!I beleive bareshaft shooting can improve form.

I agree you will fight tuning all day if you don't have good form.

My arrows fly great, when I shoot great. Not the arrow or the bow's fault when I:

Lose focus
Let down
Don't anchor
Double clutch
Drop my bow arm
Pluck the string
Ole' the string
Think about work
Think about my crappy retirement account
