I'm making my wife a selfbow and she wants it pink. What would be a good paint choice that would last? Years ago I painted an old recurve with spray paint and that thing flaked and looks horrible. Thanks...

Brandon, I will try to find some pink stain, I did not realize that they made pink. Thanks...

The knee has seen it's better days, I played too rough when I was a youngster between rodeo, ranching and football my knees have been through the ringer.

What type of wax do you guys use prior to painting?
