My broadhead perfectly split a 1 inch sapling one foot in front of this bucks lungs. 4 years of close calls. Just hoping for another one next year.

Mike Davenport, that story is just too good.  You GOTTA get that buck!
 My hunting areas have seen a decline in good bucks due to a number of reasons.  Last season I passed up a buck bigger than any of the bucks I got on four months of trail cameras!  I also chose not to take a doe because I feel the population is down.   So this season...I'm not really sure what I will do.  Probably just spend alot of time with the video camera hoping some of the younger bucks will grow up in the next few years.  It will be here before we know it!
