Great hunting wool find!

Every year the local church has a rummage sale where they take donated items from all over town. Lots of junk and ok stuff but sometimes you find a real gem. I walked up to the coat area as soon as I got there and found a Heavy red wool jacket. One of the heaviest I have ever seen. The only tag says "emergency garment". With it was a set of red woolrich pants. I also picked up a lighter grey wool button down and an encyclopedia on mushrooms. The whole lot cost me $9.50! The inside clothing and book areas open thursday and you can bet I'll be there.

Wow...I've seen those coats in the store new and the price tag gives you the true meaning of sticker shock...You didn't say if they fit...PM me if they don't.

Skip - you just bought yourself a Pennsylvania Tuxedo. Nice find. I've had one of those Woolrich coats most of my life.

Congratulatioins.
I think you are going to like wool. If it gets wet it'll still keep you warm, of course it'll weigh about twice what it was dry.

90% of my clothes are wool. I love it. since wearing layers of wool during the winter I rarely wear a jacket!

I will be careful. Right now I stick to Morrels. I don't think i'd eat any others without spore printing them
