Hi,I am thinking of buying one. What do you guys think?price range?Does it shoot good for you?

hah I just bought one, shot it a couple times and sold it. Mind you, not because it was a bad bow. I thought it was great! It shot well for me. I was able to get pretty good groups (only at 10yds but it was the first time ever shooting a trad bow). Only reason why I sold it was so I could buy a Wes Wallace Mentor. Price range: I just sold mine for $350 on that auction site. Have found some on other forums with higher or lower weight for $300. Haven't seen it drop below that. What weight are you looking for?

At a local hunting/outdoors store about 3 miles from my front door there is a brand spankin' new Hatfield TD, 62", 55# @ 28" on clearance for $379.  PM me if you want more info.  I don't mind helping out a fellow TradGanger.
Life is a whole lot easier when you just plow around the stump.

The limb design, riser, and grip (on mine, at least) give it a feel and performance very similar to the Hunter, which is great.
I prefer the Hunter just because it weighs less and seems a little smoother, if only because it's a one-piece bow.
If you never really travel, and your bow will be assembled and strung more often than not, you might just get a Hunter; however, if I found a Hatfield for $379 like Archie mentioned, I'd grab that sucker post-haste.

I bought one about 15 years ago with plans to get into traditional shooting. That was about the time I went away to college and ended up chasing 2 legged does and pretty much dropped shooting and hunting until recently.

I liked mine. Granted, I know very little about recurves, but it shot well. The only thing I didn't like was it seemed to stack some on me, but I have a little longer draw at around 30".

They hold their value well. Mine was over 10 years old when I sold it and I think I got close to what I paid for it. It was in great shape though, and had a few extras thrown in like a case, stringer, etc.

My buddies first traditional bow is a hatfield. He has had it for about 4 years.

First year in the woods, he smoked a doe after 5 years chasing whitetails to no avail with a compound.

He has since put more game on the ground than you can shake a stick at with that bow... No complaints from him!!!

Thanks guys .I saw one 70 pounds and I am thinking of buying it.

Had one.  Shot great, but didn't lke the looks of the bow.  Definitedly not as much attention to detail as I like.  But it was new and got it for $400 and sold it for #400.  Couldn't complain.

Martin bows always weigh more than what is marked. They I don't believe they measure to the deepest part of the throat. Don't over bow yourself! JMHO

My Hatfield is a killer. After a 2 year love affair with a 70's Kodiak Hunter I came back this year. Don't see many for sale. Usually about 5 lbs heavier than marked.

Ive killed quite a few with the Hatfield  i even killed my 100th trad deer with it.  Great bows.  Pretty quiet and real forgiving.  The grip varies from bow to bow so if you can try to shoot first before you buy.

Heres one I shot a few years back with a 50lb Hatfield.
