Just purchased a recurve bow. It is 52# @ 28". I only draw slightly over 26". I have a set of goldtip 3555 for a long bow I have being made. The longbow is going to be 55# @ 26". Would it be ok to shoot the same arrows off of both bows?

If the center cut on the bows is the same or very close than they will probably shoot the same arrows fine. What part of Louisiana are you from?

I have 3555s and shoot them out of a variety of my bows but change tip weights accordingly.

You may find playing with the recurves brace hight will let you use the same arrows
As we get older our bow weight goes down and our body weight goes up, One of Lifes little jokes.
