Old guy Elk hunt

Hey guys, I need your help. I'm looking for any information on hunting Elk in Colorado. We used to hunt around Steam Boat but lost our contact there. Were looking for some place than an old guy can pack into without giving him another heart attack. Maybe a place to drive so far and pack the rest of the way. I've thought about the flat tops but heard they get alot of traffic. I know I'm asking alot. I don't expect you to give up your honey holes, just maybe some places to consider. I'd like to get my grandson into some Elk before I leave this planet. Thanks
