Trad club or instructor near St. Joseph MO for 13 year old girl?

I've been contacted by a woman who's 13 year old daughter wants to learn traditional archery and wants a longbow.  They are in the St. Joseph MO area, she wants to find someone up there who can give her lessons or help get her started.

They've been to a couple archery shops but they are all modern and are trying to put the girl in wheels, which she is stubbornly refusing to do good for her.  Any clubs or ranges with some traditional members?  Anyone familiar with the area that can help?  I don't know St. Joe at all.
